Dear Sirs,
I was at Hotel William, in Prague, from 12th to 15th August. It was a nice stay, congratulations on the hotel and facilities.
I have just noticed that at the check out I forgot to return the magnetic key, which is still with me (room 402). I apologyze for the inconvenience and take the opportunity to ask if I should just discharge the key or instead send it back to you.
Please notice that I already left the country.

Good evening,
I would like to express my absolute delight about the hotel William, where I stayed from 2.05.2010 to 9.05.2010. The interior of the hotel and the location is absolutely fantastic and the meals were delicious.
I would also like to thank the manager and to receptionist Anna who helped me so much to get an impression of Prague in a very short time after the conference and due to her I always knew where and how it is better to go and had no problems at all.
I really enjoyed every minute of my stay in Prague and I would definitely love to repeat this experience.

We stayed at your hotel 29. april - 2. may 2009, and we were kindly asked to give some feedback regarding our stay. We found your hotel nice and tidy, and the service was good. We also found the location of the hotell to be very good, it was no problem to walk from the hotell to most of the actual places to visit in Stare Mèsto, Novè Mèsto and Mala Strana.
However, we stayed in room 101, which was a small and cosy room, but when you stay two persons for several days, the room should be so big that you can have two sitting chairs in it. Also the shower cabin in the bathroom was a little to small for a tall norwegian man, but I'll have to say that this is not a major case.
We also registrated some traffic noise from the main street (Ujezd?) This noise I guess came mostly from the trams (steel wheels rolling on the chains, and the noise is coming through the ground and the concrete and brick constructions) As we stayed in room 101 this was not a big problem for us, we slept well, but I guess this noise is more significant in the rooms located towards the main street. And I very well see that the hotel can do nothing whith this problem.
If I shall come down to a conclusion, and on a scale from 1 to 5 I will give your hotel an all over score of 4+. It is also a great possibility that we will stay at your hotel on our next visit to Prague. In that case we would like to have a room located to the side street of Ujezd and on floor 3 or 4if possible. If someone should ask me for a good hotel for a few days stay in Prague, I would recommend your hotel

The hotel is walking distance from everything in Prague, 10min max!! That was the number one pro! The hotel is beautiful, very cosi! Breakfast it´s more than you can ask for, something for every one´s taste! The staff is really professional and nice they even make us a big favor and we were extremely grateful for it The room was big, clean y warm. Perfect stay in Prague.

Well we are back home after the great four days we had at your hotel. Just to say we had a fantastic time and that all the staff were friendly they were just fantastic, what ever you wanted they arranged, meals, directions, taxi's etc. The room (502) was big,warm and very clean,absolutely great.
Will definitely be staying with you again.

I booked this hotel through Europeandestinations.com. I arrived at the hotel, and was quickly given a room. I was given Room 201, which was a large twin room. The bathroom was also large, and had a bath/shower combination. The room was a bright, cheerful yellow, and the bathroom had tile walls and a tile floor. Both were kept spotless by the housekeeper.
The hotel is in a great location--in the lesser town. Tram 22 stops outside the hotel. I took the tram to the end of the line, and this was a great tour in itself. I walked to Old Town, Kampa Island, the National Theatre, and to the Charles Bridge. The location cannot be any better.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and I bought tram passes that is sold by the front desk. The breakfast was fine--the lady who put out the breakfast was very nice and kept the breakfast room very clean.
The only negative I have about the hotel is the lift. If you are on the second floor like I was, do not use the lift. You have to walk up a half flight of stairs to get to the lift, and the lift stops between floors. If you are above the third floor, it would probably be okay.
Even though the Tram stopped outside my room, I did not have a problem with the noise--I guess I am a heavy sleeper.
Another bonus to the Hotel William is the small grocery store across the street. I went there every night to buy fruit and Coca-Cola Light. The people who run the store were very kind and spoke to me when I would enter the store.
The Hotel William is a great place to base your stay in Prague.

This is my fourth time in hotel WIlliam. I always feel very velcome. The staff is very pleasant and polite. I would not stay anywhere else. A big thank you to all hotel staff. see you next year. Room 208.

Hotel was in a great location, very easy to walk everywhere from the hotel or jump on tram 22 from outside. We asked for rooms at the back of the hotel so we would not hear the tram noise. We were in room 507 and our friends 505. 507 is the bigger room. The room was always lovely and warm and the shower really hot and powerful.
Would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time in Prague and, thanks to your kindness, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel William. Helen and I hope that your cold is now better and that you are back to full operating capacity. Not that we noticed any difference! Even when you weren't feeling well you still performed your duties with patience for our lack of Czech-speaking abilities and generosity when we needed assistance.
We will definitely be back with you again next year - hopefully in Mat - so please do keep us informed of any good deals or packages that you might have for that month.
